Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your church account. Even if someone gets your password, they cannot log in without your phone.
What You Need
An authenticator app on your phone. We recommend:
- Google Authenticator (iOS / Android)
- Authy (iOS / Android)
- 1Password (iOS / Android)
Enabling 2FA
- Log in to your church dashboard
- Go to Settings → Two-Factor Authentication
- Open your authenticator app and scan the QR code shown
- Enter the 6-digit code from your app to confirm
- Click Enable Two-Factor Auth
Logging In with 2FA
After enabling 2FA, every login will require:
- Your email and password (as normal)
- A 6-digit code from your authenticator app
Disabling 2FA
Go to Settings → Two-Factor Authentication and click Disable 2FA. You will need to enter your current password to confirm.
Important: If you lose access to your authenticator app, contact TitheFlow support immediately. We will verify your identity and help you regain access.
