Your First 30 Minutes with TitheFlow
Follow this checklist to go from registration to accepting live donations as quickly as possible.
✅ Minute 1–5: Register Your Church
Create your free account at titheflow.org/register-church.php. You will need your church name, email, address, and a password.
✅ Minute 5–15: Connect Your Bank Account
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Bank Account and click Connect Bank Account. This opens Stripe Connect where you will enter your church bank details. Have your routing and account numbers ready.
✅ Minute 15–20: Customize Your Giving Page
Go to Settings → Branding to:
- Upload your church logo
- Set your brand color
- Write a custom thank-you message for donors
✅ Minute 20–25: Set Up Your Giving Funds
Go to Funds to review your default categories and add any custom ones your church needs.
✅ Minute 25–30: Share Your Giving Link
Go to QR Code to download your QR code for bulletins, or Embed to add the giving form to your website. Share your giving link with your congregation!
You are ready! Once your bank account is connected and approved, donations will go directly to your church account.
