Donation Not Appearing in Dashboard
If a donor reports making a donation but you cannot see it in your dashboard, here are the steps to investigate.
Step 1: Check the Donation Status
Go to Giving → All Donations. Make sure you are not filtering by date or category. Look for the donation — it may show as "Pending" rather than "Completed."
Step 2: Check Your Stripe Dashboard
Go to Settings → Open Stripe Dashboard and check your Stripe payments. If the payment shows in Stripe but not in TitheFlow, contact support.
Step 3: Verify the Donor Used the Right Page
Confirm the donor gave through your specific giving page (titheflow.org/give.php?church=your-slug) and not another church's page.
Step 4: Check Your Bank Connection
If your Stripe account shows "Restricted" status, donations may be held. Go to Settings → Bank Account and check the status. You may need to provide additional verification to Stripe.
